Surgical procedure
This surgery is performed under general anesthesia or local assisted (small areas).
The surgical procedure to follow is:
1. It makes a small incision in the area in which to treat infiltrates special saline solution that allows wet, desensitized the site and tighten blood vessels, thus minimizing blood loss and reduce bruising.
2. Then the doctor inserts a thin and grooved small probe that transmits sound energy to break and emulsified fatty tissue on contact, leaving the other tissues relatively intact.
3. Finally emulsifiable tissue is removed through a delicate process of sucking and massage site, designed to minimise damage to tissues circulating.


Postoperatory
The recovery varies according to the extension of the procedure, the amount of fat extracted, the number of sites treaties. It is likely that in the early days after surgery are presented certain discomfort as a mild pain and inflammation that is controlled with medication recommended by the surgeon; requires special postsurgical therapy to improve processes decrease inflammation, drainage and recovery skin. We recommend the use of belts for a period of 2 to 3 months after the intervention providing comfort and support.
